Our most recently completed project for N-Family is the refurbishment of a historic Grade II listed Royal Mail Sorting office in Kentish Town, transforming it into a vibrant nursery.

KTA conducted a survey and analysis of the existing structures on site and designed new mezzanine steel frames and foundations, ensuring they met the project’s needs. Additionally, we crafted full-height glazed partitions to effectively manage internal air pressure variations.

We assessed the existing tied steel truss, purlins, and rafters to accommodate the increased roof insulation loading required for compliance with current regulations.
