Project Details
KTA were engaged by the client to advise on the feasibility if the proposed internal structural wall reconfiguration to allow for the internal re-modelling works to a listed building to open up the function spaces and modernise the kitchen facilities. The initial survey identified existing structural weaknesses requiring repairs to the listed structure.

Exposing the existing structural fabric of the building so that the remedial works could be designed and agreed with the heritage consultants.
